Local control means local people looking at local needs and making decisions that are going to serve and provide care for local people. Local means that our patients are not line items in the middle of a board meeting in New York or Los Angeles or Miami.

Reinvestment
The more patients we treat, the larger we grow and the more services we can provide. Our profits go into making sure that people get quality care, that our staff is well-paid, and taking care of things nobody thinks about, like making sure the air conditioner is working and there's enough parking.

Growth
Who would have imagined, over ninety years ago, what this hospital would become? Who could have imagined how it would have grown? Or that it would have been located in just the right place? We have the space to double our capacity if we choose. However large the community grows, we can grow right along with it.

Community
The people who walk through the door, we don't look at them as whether they have insurance or not. Yes, it puts a financial strain on the hospital, but what's most important to us is taking care of community needs. That means not just healthcare, but health education as well. That was the vision that created Wilson N. Jones.

Where I go
I believe in our quality of care. When I go to the hospital, this is where I go. That's my testimony. I come here.
