Senior Passport. Exercise Classes and Gym Use.
The gym at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center is a well equipped cardiovascular and
strength training facility. We offer dozens of workout stations including
treadmills, stair steppers, exercise bicycles, and fully adjustable weight machines.
The WNJ gym is located on the ground floor (lower level) south of the main lobby.

Gym use available for Tier II and Tier III members only.
Tier II members gym hours:
Monday 1:00-4:00 PM
Tuesday 7:00 AM-Noon & 1:00-4:00 PM
Wednesday 1:00-4:00 PM
Thursday 7:00 AM-Noon & 1:00-4:00 PM
Friday 1:00-4:00 PM
Tier III members gym hours:
Monday 6:00-7:00 AM & 1:00-8:00 PM
Tuesday 6:00 AM-Noon & 1:00-8:00PM
Wednesday 6:00-7:00 AM & 1:00-8:00 PM
Thursday 6:00 AM-Noon & 1:00-8:00PM
Friday 6:00-7:00 AM & 1:00-8:00 PM
Saturday 7:00 AM-Noon
Daily Classes included in Tier III along with the above gym hours.

Cheryl Brandon, Senior fitness instructor
Our Monday, Wednesday, Friday class is taught by Cheryl at 9:00 AM. This class begins with
15 minutes of warm up and stretching, 15 minutes upper body strengthening, 20 minutes of
low impact aerobics, and 10 minutes legs, back, and abs work. You can stay for some or all
of the class and everyone goes at their pace (beginner to advanced).
Kathy Renisch, Senior fitness instructor
Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30? 9:00 AM, Kathy teaches a class done mostly in or with chairs.
Warm up and stretch, upper, lower, and core body toning and strengthening, and some low
impact aerobics.
Debra Williamson, Tai Chi instructor
With over 25 years of Martial Arts experience, Debra teaches our Tai Chi classes. Tuesday
and Thursday 4:30-5:30 PM and/or Friday mornings 10:00-11:00 AM in the rehab area of Wilson
N. Jones.
