Supervisory Responsibilities
The House Supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of hospital functioning during assigned shift(s). The House Supervisor carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Wilson N. Jones Regional Health Care System policies/procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include assigning and directing work; sharing appraisal of staffs performance to the appropriate Director, addressing complaints and resolving problems during shift of service and referring these to appropriate Director for follow-up in a timely manner.
