The WNJ Case Management staff assists patients needs during and after hospitalization, including insurance,
plan of care during your stay, discharge needs, community assistance programs and financial assistance. Staffed by social workers, a patient
financial coordinator, nurse case managers, utilization review nurses for insurance concerns and an on-site caseworker from the Department of
Human Services, we can assist you with applications and/or answer questions about Medicaid, Social Security and other state benefits.For more
